While the rest of the store is amazing, their balloon inflation service is severely lacking. I had balloons ordered for 1 PM the day of my party, I came in and they weren’t even close to done. They were severely backed up and I could tell they were doing their best, but I wouldn’t get balloons done here again. A couple next to me just asked for their uninflated balloons back and left the store since they were taking so long. Would not recommend

Went in to look at picture frames as I’m doing a special gift for a birthday. I picked a 20x24 inch frame as it was on “clearance”. As I was checking out - the frame that was supposedly on “clearance” was apparently not on clearance. It rang up as $69.99 which according to the tag was the original price. I asked the girl with short hair and a bunch of tattoos about it. She was too busy blowing up balloons and stated that “it’s not the correct bar code” which, is crazy because I took a picture of the frame that was on “clearance” with the bar code and the specific description. She then called over an older guy who was absolutely no help and completely avoiding the frustration that was occurring, because at this point I’m a little frustrated. He went over to the frame aisle to check to see that I wasn’t lying - even though I took a full picture of the clearance. He messaged the girl stating that I was completely wrong. She then told me that I could walk back there and speak with him. So I did, at this point I’m extremely frustrated with the situation. He tells me that “the pricing and bar codes are diagonal” which, makes NO SENSE! Since, if that was the case the frames that I che

I went to Michael’s to pick up some craft supplies, and while I was there I saw the Christmas “Clearance” items, only to realize that every item had been drastically marked up. One item had been marked up $30 from the previous price tag. Sad to see such poor business practices, they will no longer be getting my business.

I visited the michael store in lee summit.Missouri, while I was in town on business, I really enjoyed shopping there and I do shop.These areas for my crafting, but it seems some stores have different items than other stores. I didn't take photos of every aisle as I cannot upload that many photos.But I did try to get as many sales photos as I could.To show what they had on deal. I did see that they had a room that you can probably rent out for birthday parties.I think this would be a great idea.And place for birthday parties.
